wo ho... so cool... n super tiring... haha... had to do so many stuffs... super strain on e upper body... now feeling SoooOOOO tired... sleepy... muscle cramps... n many many more... seems like its more strain compared to doing gym... cos this trains almost every part of e body... woo hoo... joined with crystal, fabian n andrew... andrew do so many funny stuffs... ha...

quite interesting experience... nv did all these kind of stuffs before... luckily don need to do lots of runnings... otherwise i confirm cant finish... ha... well don trackers n fielders... woo hoo...
