on 28th, kenny n i went to help mr chew move his stuffs to e sch he move to... east view sec... i think my cousin is going to that sch next year... ha... 1988 my uncle was in tpjc n was sent to bodybuilding by mr chew n my uncle won... 2005 im in tpjc n he sent me to nationals for javelin...but didn't win anything just experience... haha... maybe next year he will send my cousin to some competitions also... haha...
after moving his stuffs to his new school... he treated kenny n i to pratas... ha... n we talked... then he tell us something like that "as a student u should do well in your studies, n since u r part of the track team, work hard for track also, just focus on these two things, if wan to do other things, do it after 'A' levels" it does make sense so i think i will focus on these two things but not neglect my family n friends!!! haha....jpg)
after that went to bowling with my best friend , shahrez... haha ... it was so fun we played two games but it lasted for two hours...each of us won once... haha... cos we talk n he make fun of e girl who is learning bowling... e coach look a bit like a pervert cos from our view it seems like he is looking at e girls butt ...he also make fun of one group of girls haha... n ppl playing around us seem pro cos they can curl e bowling ball... haha...
today went to track... had e whole field to myself...haha... threw javelins n took pic of myself with 
e javelin... ha...after doing drills with e team...i train all by myself... alone... lonely... so took pics... ha... after training... went to gym...now body a bit cram... can't imagine tmr... haha...
