NIGHTMARE!!!!
went to MacRitchie reservoir for track n get "tortured"have to run 11km afte not exercising for a week... ahhhhh... nightmare... broke my own record for running e longest dist ever by me... ha... keep seeing e blocks " 1km, 2km ....." but it seems like its never ending... just cant wait to see e 11km block...wa ha...

Mr Yazid was running with david n i... he keep pushing me... cos i got low endurance... keep hearing "come on e enemy is behind", "come on", "this is to train your mental strength" ,"we r reaching, just a few k more", "the bus is coming", " the rest r waiting". haha... i wan to run but my legs r cramp n have stitches... trying my very hard... n just cant see the exit... when i saw e exit , i feel like "a bird that has just flew out of the cage".
when i reach... everyone has already reached... long ago... some half an hour ago... ha... then mr Lee said" ha u r built for throwing only not running" i do agree with this statement... wa ha... N I STILL HAVE NOT SEE E JAVELIN FOR A LONG TIME!!! I REALLY REALLY WAN TO THROW... ha... i feel like a swordsman without his sword n armour... feel so........don know what word to use... haha...
after running... mr yazid treat each of us $5... there r 10 ppl thou... ha... n we ate at mac somewhere near sch...
after that went to sch n study with kiah... but i was too tired to study... then ended up talking n going to e waffle shop. then went back to sch again n meet adilah...
meet Amir at TM who has finished his A levels... talk a lot of rubbish... ha...
today was fun... except e 11k part... haha...
