Training for today
Today got hit by a medicine ball right in the face!!! really hurt. Eng Han threw the ball to me, i thought i can catch, i caught it but the force was too great and went to my face. hit my nose and teeth. luckily i got retainers otherwise i think my teeth will go back to their original position. And i got a cut on my nose.Ha but medicine ball training was not as tough as weight training.luckily cos my arms are still aching from last friday's and monday's training.
